On Friday morning we held the Year 9 Graduation Ceremony, celebrating students as they prepare to begin their journey into Key Stage 4 – complete with caps and gowns for extra effect!

The morning featured a highlight video showcasing memories from Year 7, Year 8, and this year, including STEM trips, Flamingo Land, skiing, Sports Day, and everyday school life at Sandhill View. It was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on how far the year group has come and the experiences they have shared together.

Students were also recognised through a range of awards, including teacher-nominated, academic, attendance, and behaviour awards. Each student received a graduation box, complete with a Class of 2026 wristbands, and had the chance to take part in a graduation photoshoot wearing caps and gowns.

It was a brilliant celebration of achievement, growth, and success — well done Year 9!
