Threads and Photography
Students have been exploring the work of Julie Cockburn, a photographer who uses vintage photographs. The photographer stitches, paints and distorts the faces of these figures. Year 10 Photography students have been using acrylic paint and stitching to replicate her style. The out comes have been brilliant and we can’t wait to see them apply these techniques to their own photographs.
