Skeleton Science with Sandhill scholars

Sandhill Scholars got up close and personal with skeletons. Durham University ran a workshop about the history of medicine through the lens of bioarchaeology. They had three tasks: 1. To assemble a skeleton. 2. To analyse amputated bones and trepanned skulls. 3. To look at a series of gun-shot skulls and work out their stages of healing.
