Putting the Paddle In
Pupils from Years 7- 9 represented Sandhill View at Durham Rowing Club for the Sunderland Schools Games Indoor Rowing Competition. The pupils competed against eight schools with over 100 competitors entering the competition! The students showed great effort and determination during the competition. Cole Johnson came 4th in his age group whilst Ava McCully managed to finish third in her age group. Ava has qualified for the Tyne and Wear finales in February. Well done to all involved.
