The Scholars students were greeted by Katie from Durham. Katie is a Phycologist and lectures at Durham University. In addition to this she carries out fascinating research on how to improve working memory. The students took part in an actual university lecture where they listened very carefully, using their ‘Go Further’ listening skill. Katie made the session interactive too by asking them to play some memory games which was lots of fun. The students spent time looking at graphs showing data from memory research and analysed what they were showing. Well done SHV Scholars.
