Sandhill View students put their running trainers on to take part in the Sunderland Cross Country championships. It was a very cold wintery morning but that didn’t stop our student’s effort and determination. All the runners performed well, and we had students who qualified to represent the district at the cross-country championships. Lexi Brown (Year 7) came first in her age group and Jenson Jackson (Year 7) also qualified. Evie Boyle, Jaxon Fenton and Alex Kerr performed well but narrowly missed out on qualifying. Well done to all that attended.
