Careers in PE Week
In PE, pupils completed a military style entry test based around aerobic endurance and muscular endurance which included students leading each other through various exercise. All students showed leadership qualities through motivating others within the more challenging stages of the workout. Pupils used autocratic leadership style to mimic the authoritative command style that is relevant in military.
