Last Monday, we hosted our final STEM event of the year as the RAF brought an exciting robotics workshop into school for our Year 8 students. The session challenged students to work collaboratively while developing their problem-solving and teamwork skills through a series of engaging activities.

During the workshop, students used LEGO Spike kits to build and programme robots, developing resilience and perseverance as they refined their designs. They then applied these new coding and engineering skills to create their own autonomous vehicles, bringing together design, construction and programming in a hands-on challenge.
