The Big Bang Fair was held last Monday for all of KS3 and was organised by STEMunity in partnership with EngineeringUK. Students took part in a range of interactive experiences, including the ‘Brain Game’ delivered by Newcastle University Outreach, exploring the structure and function of the brain through hands-on activities; an artificial intelligence workshop from Tech She Can (in partnership with Accenture), focusing on real-world applications, ethics and careers in technology; and creative engineering workshops and an assembly from Kids Invent Stuff, where students developed ideas through design challenges and explored how inventions are brought to life.
