Banksy Bounding
During the GCSE Art and Photography taster session students analysed and explored the work of contemporary street artist, Banksy. Students worked in small groups discussing and understanding the artwork they had been given. As a taster for photography students responded to Banksy’s work by photographing each other, recreating the image with the props they had been given. Students then went on to discuss the political/social message of the artwork and created a poster about this issue.
