Art That’s On Point
In our artist workshop, Year 9 pupils learnt how to do drypoint etchings using tools to scratch into plastic to copy some of the patterns and pages from the Lindisfarne Gospels. Shiori Naruse brought a printing press into school and we printed our own etchings using different coloured inks! The outcomes are amazing and Year 9 loved lifting up the paper to see how the prints came out.
