Joining Sandhill View in January 2015, Mrs Dodd is an extremely experienced senior leader, with a proven track record of improvement in student outcomes.  Mrs Dodd was appointed Headteacher in September 2021. Mrs Dodd in a maths specialist who joined us from North Durham Academy.  Prior to this she was an Assistant Headteacher at Farringdon where, under her guidance, exam results rose significantly. She has extensive experience in raising achievement, teaching and learning, curriculum and monitoring and evaluation.  Her drive is to ensure that every child achieves their full potential.
