Sandhill View Academy has been full of energy this week as students returned from the summer break and began a brand-new academic year.

It has been especially exciting to welcome our new Year 7 students, who took their first steps into secondary school on Monday. Looking smart and full of enthusiasm, they quickly settled into their new surroundings and made a fantastic first impression.

Their first morning included an introduction to their new Headteacher, followed by time with their tutor groups. These groups will become an important part of school life, providing students with a familiar base and a supportive community as they settle into secondary education.

With new friendships to build, subjects to discover and plenty of opportunities ahead, our newest students have made a brilliant start.

We hope they have enjoyed their first week and look forward to seeing them thrive throughout their time at Sandhill View Academy.
