Trackside Triumph
Pupils took part in their first Sunderland school games event of the year, indoor athletics. Our students travelled to Biddick Academy to take part in indoor track and field events. Our students were split into a girls’ and boys’ team where they took part in events such as 4, 6, and 8 lap races. Students also took part in the shotput, speed bounce, vertical jump and long jump. All the students represented Sandhill View very well and showed great effort and determination in all of the events. Well done!
