Hyrox Heroes

Students took on a brutal fitness challenge starting with a 2.5k bike straight into 100 burpees — welcome to the pain cave. From there it was grind mode: 2.5k row, lunges, ski erg, heavy kettlebells testing grip and focus, and finally 100 wall balls with legs on fire.
Some found rhythm, others battled fatigue, but everyone pushed limits. Faces showed the effort, the finish line brought relief, and the experience was unforgettable.
