Field to Fork

The Eco Team as we celebrated World Soil Day on the 5th December. We discussed the importance of soil and looked at how we can be more sustainable in our growing methods to build a healthier soil. Students have also picked Brussel Sprouts to be used in the Christmas dinner, which completes our first field to fork cycle and was well received by our catering team! 

With temperatures plummeting, the students are taking this opportunity to plan for next year and design some posters to promote recycling in school.
